Luanne Losi-Yawingu

Short Bio
Luanne Losi-Yawingu is a climate change policy analyst with over 20 years of experience in fisheries, marine conservation, environmental management, climate change adaptation, and disaster risk reduction. She is currently the Climate Change and Disaster Resilience Manager for the Transport Sector Support Program (TSSP), where she delivers on the TSSP3 Climate Change and Disaster Resilience strategy. Her role includes mainstreaming CCDR across the program and supporting the Government of Papua New Guinea to integrate adaptation and risk management measures into sector programs. In here previous role as the Adaptation Branch Manager at Papua New Guinea’s Climate Change and Development Authority, she led efforts to integrate government adaptation priorities into national programs and initiatives.
